招聘人数：1 人 到岗时间：不限 性别要求：不限性别 婚况要求：不限婚况 职位概要(Jobsummary):Quasar’sManufacturingEngineeringTeamhastheresponsibilityofworkingwithcross-functionalteamscomprisingofQuality,Production,SupplyChainandProgramDepartmentstoachieveorganization’sgoals.ManufacturingEngineersowntheprocessesforoneormoreproductlinesandareresponsibleforimplementingContinuousImprovementProjects(CIPs),workingtogetherwithRFQEngineertoprovideaccurateTechnicalCostingandbuildingsamplesfornewprojects.ManufacturingEngineersworkscloselywithAdvancedEngineeringTeamandNewProductIntroduction(NPI)TeamtoexecuteacleanhandoverofprojectsfromNPItoMassProduction.工作职责(Responsibilities):1.Health&Safety:EnsurethatallHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentalrequirementsarefulfilledforthemanufacturingprocess.2.Quality:DriveEngineeringsolutionstoensureRightFirst-Timeprinciples,drivingyieldimprovements,complaintreductions,supportingtheCAPAprocess,andauditprepactivities.3.ContinuousImprovement:Ownthemanufacturingprocess,workwithkeybusinessstakeholdersandoperationsteamstoassessprocesscapabilities,improveprocessefficiency,reducecycletime.4.Service:DrivesacultureofExceptionalCustomerExperience(ECE)forboththeInternalandExternalcustomers,byensuringthatprojectsandcommitmentsandcontinuallybeingmetorexceeded.5.Newopportunitysamplebuild:Conductthenewopportunitysamplebuild,byensuringthatproductandcommitmentsbeingmetorshowingmanufacturecapabilitytocustomer.6.ResponsibleformanagingtheoverallprocessperformancethroughtheappropriateuseofLeanManufacturingtoolsandtechniques(TPMetc.).7.ResponsibleforpreparingvalidationprotocolofOQ&PQ/PVforadditionalTJ/equipment,andprocessperiodtomassproduction.8.DevelopandmanageSOPs/manufacturingstandards/operationsstandardworkasrequiredincompliancewithengineeringchangecontrolprocess(ECO).9.Investigatinginstate-of-the-artprocesstechnologiesandevaluatingpotentialcompetitiveadvantageandthecost-benefitofintroduction.10.Maintainhighquality/compliancestandardsinlinewithMedicalDevicesmanufacturingrequirements.11.DriveMPproducttokeepstablyhighmanufacturingyield.12.Manageavariableworkloadtomeetoperationalrequirements.任职资格(Qualification):1.Collegedegreeorabove,majorinengineering,mechanical,electronic,orequivalent.2.Above5-years’+relatedworkingexperience.Medicalproductdevelopment/manufacturingwillbepreferred.3.Experienceinfailureanalysis,rootcauseanalysis,andcorrectiveactionimplementation.4.Demonstrateadynamic,motivated&flexibleapproachtoworkwithresults-orientedattitude.5.DemonstrateapracticalunderstandingofLeanManufacturingprinciplesandstatistics.6.Excellentcommunication,planningandorganizationalskills.7.FluentEnglishskills.8.SkillfulAutoCADandMSoffice(SolidWorks/Pro-Eskillsisanadvantage)
